An Athletics game creates the all-rounder sportsperson with extra ordinary skills like,tennis ,volleyball , cricket, football, and has perfect control of his body and mind senses. The sport Athletics not only develop your physical fitness but also help create coordination in your body and keep you mentally fit.

The all collection of sporting events are held in an Athletics that include competitive walking, running, throwing, jumping. The most common types of athletics competitions are The track and field, cross country running ,race walking ,road running.

Types of Events
Three kinds of events used in Athletics:-
•Track Events:There are mainly three categories that are used for Track Event like "sprints, middle-distance and long-distance track events". I t include the Relay races, Hurdling Events.
•Field Events:The field events consider only two types – throwing and jumping competitions. In events of throwing, athletes usually throws the javelin ,discus,hammer throw and shot put.
•Combined Events:In these kind of event competitions the number of different track and field events are competed by athletes.
