Teams take turns in send a "raider" across to the opposite team's to get the score . The main aim is tag the one player from the opponent team  by touch  and come back quickly . It is 30 seconds time  for gain the point but the most important thing more than half time player has to speak the "Kabaddi -Kabaddi" .The Kabaddi is game  speed , power,strength and Flexibility.If continuously Two raids get free the next raid will be Do or Die  Raid of that team .In some cases ,bonus point can be get by feet touching.Super raid is also available if raider touch more than one opponent at a time.
